Shift in Technical Leadership

To fill the vacancy left by Wu, the board has appointed Haihua Huang as the new Chief Technology Officer. Huang is a company veteran who joined the Suzhou-based firm in May 2023 as the vice president of development. His promotion signals a strategy of internal continuity as the company manages the exit of two high-ranking officials.

Before his tenure at YXT.com, Huang held senior roles at G-Net Cloud Commercial Service and several other prominent technology firms. According to the company, his extensive background in software development and cloud services is expected to drive the next phase of the firm's productivity suite.

The resignations come at a pivotal time for the Chinese software provider, though the company did not disclose further details regarding the specific reasons cited by the departing executives. YXT.com continues to focus on its core mission of providing digital productivity services to the enterprise sector from its headquarters in Suzhou.
