Truth Social Registers Two Crypto ETFs in Expansion Move

Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) is moving to diversify its business model beyond social media with the registration of two new cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds. The company, which operates Truth Social, submitted filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday for the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF and the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF. Both products are slated to carry a management fee of 0.95%.

Partnership with Crypto.com

The venture relies on a strategic infrastructure partnership with Crypto.com, which will act as the digital asset custodian, liquidity provider, and staking services provider. Shares of the ETFs will be available through Foris Capital, the platform's affiliated broker-dealer. According to the filing, Florida-based Yorkville America Equities has been appointed as the advisor for both funds.

The investment objectives target specific segments of the digital asset economy. While the Bitcoin and Ether ETF focuses on the market’s primary assets, the Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF is designed to seek returns tied to the performance of Cronos (CRO), the native token of the Cronos ecosystem. TMTG, founded by Donald Trump in 2022, continues to leverage its brand as it enters the increasingly crowded field of crypto-linked financial products.
