Strategic Infrastructure Development

Under the proposed agreement, Vinci Autoroutes will oversee program management, financing, and long-term operations. The group’s specialized construction units are slated to manage the design and build phases of the project. The initiative aims to transform a currently fragmented transit corridor into a seamless route, improving safety and reducing travel times for regional traffic.

The project represents a significant expansion of Vinci's domestic infrastructure portfolio. By diverting traffic away from the capital's congested core, the new motorway system—comprising the A154 and A120—is expected to alleviate pressure on existing arterial roads. The company stated that the infrastructure will bridge gaps in the current network to facilitate more efficient logistics and private travel.

Finalization of the contract remains subject to regulatory approvals. According to the company, the official signing of the agreement is currently scheduled for autumn 2026, marking the beginning of a multi-year development phase for the western bypass.
