Swedish Autonomous Trucker Einride Heads for Nasdaq Debut

Swedish autonomous freight specialist Einride is set to debut on the Nasdaq exchange this Wednesday, following a finalized merger with the U.S. blank-check firm Legato Merger Corp. III. The deal values the Stockholm-based developer of electric self-driving trucks at a pre-money equity valuation of $1.35 billion.

Swedish Autonomous Trucker Einride Heads for Nasdaq Debut

Shareholders formally greenlit the union last week, clearing the path for the company to transition into the public markets. Einride, which designs both electric freight vehicles and the underlying software platforms to manage them, currently maintains operations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

This listing follows a $113 million funding round secured earlier this year. Backed by investors including Stockholm-based EQT Ventures, the capital was earmarked to accelerate the company’s global expansion. The firm intends to use the new liquidity to scale its autonomous deployments and broaden the commercial reach of its proprietary freight platform.
