Early Age Co. Ltd. reported a net profit of 171 million yen for the half-year ending April 30, marking a slight decline from the 174 million yen recorded during the same period last year. Revenue for the period slid to 1.67 billion yen, down from 1.81 billion yen in 2025. This contraction in sales rippled through the bottom line, as operating profit fell to 315 million yen from 346 million yen. Pretax profit followed a similar trajectory, dropping to 257 million yen from 275 million yen.

Earnings per share mirrored the overall downturn, settling at 53.94 yen compared to 54.82 yen in the previous year. The Tokyo-listed firm continues to navigate a challenging fiscal environment as it balances lower intake against operational expenditures.
