Roeder joins the company from PrimeFlight Aviation Services, where he served in the same capacity. His resume includes previous CFO tenures at Nine Energy Services and Total Safety, a background Team’s leadership believes will bolster their current push for improved profitability and execution of long-term growth targets.

To ensure a seamless handoff, Haight will remain with the organization as a special adviser to Chief Executive Gary Hill during a brief transition period. The company also reaffirmed its commitment to its existing financial improvement plan, signaling that the leadership change is intended to accelerate rather than alter the firm's strategic trajectory.
